Job Description:

• Responsible for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees, along with the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees according to the training needs analysis, performance feedback, employees' knowledge, skill, and attitude enhancement, and organisational objectives
• Create, coordinate, and deliver effective training programs to support continued employee development within the organisation across multiple functional areas
• This includes the design and facilitation of programs, the presentation of material, vendor management, and the administration of the entire learning process

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Administration: Handling responsibilities include the establishment of the corporate training institute from the ground up, including planning and coordination for the creation of institute infrastructure, manpower recruitment and tuning, training needs identification, training strategy, an annual training plan, a training budget, training evaluation, and training delivery in terms of the development of curriculum along with study material and case studies, course accreditation, and academic tie-ups with domestic and international renowned institutes and universities
• Program Coordination & Delivery: Devising training and program strategies along with coordinating and delivering training and development programs for L&T Project Professionals pertaining to project finance, fundraising, project feasibility, infrastructure project financing, project risk management, project cost management, financial markets, working capital management, hedging in commodities and forex markets, investment analysis and portfolio management, etc
• Research & Consultancy: Providing project consultancy in the areas of feasibility, project finance, fundraising, financial risk management, hedging in projects, cash management, working capital management, project cost management, investment management, financial markets, etc to various engineering and infrastructure projects of L&T and other companies.
• Used strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for challenging situations.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.

• Designed and delivered various subjects like portfolio management and security analysis, financial management, enterprise resource planning, infrastructure project financing, financial markets, and working capital management in MBA colleges
• Provided mentoring and coaching support as a research project assignment activities guide to MBA students in the area of financial management and financial markets for various summer and winter term assignment projects.

• I worked as a financial markets consultant for Karvy Stock Broking Limited (one of the largest financial market consultants in India), mainly for designing and developing research reports and trading strategies along with the introduction of different financial markets products like mutual funds, life insurance, cash and derivative markets products, commodity market products, government securities, etc.
• Designed and developed trading models on equity derivatives market instruments like futures and options for several clients of Karvy Stock Broking Limited to calculate price discovery and arbitrage opportunities across the spot, futures, and options instruments being traded on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), India’s leading derivatives exchange.
• Successfully showcased seminars and road shows for the launching of NFOs (new fun offerings) of mutual funds, insurance policies, debt market instruments, and equity market products for the client base of Karvy Stock Broking Limited.

• Responsible for coordinating and delivering courses to mechanical engineering students in the areas of industrial management, estimating and costing, industrial engineering, operation research, machine design, etc
• Steered the Training and Placement cell as a coordinator for industrial project training and job placement activities among engineering students.

• Designed and delivered courses to mechanical engineering students pertaining to industrial management, estimation and costing, industrial engineering, machine design, etc
• Provided technical consultancy for one of the largest industrial zones of the Gujarat state, India's "GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation), Ahmedabad"
• Spearheaded coordination activities of the Mechanical Engineering Department for getting necessary approval for accreditation of the Mechanical Engineering Department awarded by AICTE (the All India Council for Technical Education, the apex body of the Government of India) under the accreditation project.

• Project engineer for financial planning and monitoring activities at an 80 MW captive power plant and chemical complex
• Played a key role in achieving the financial closure of the 80 MW captive power plant and chemical complex project, along with obtaining the necessary IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) certification approvals for the 80 MW captive power plant.

• Worked in the EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) stage of various units of a 2 MMTA (million metric tons per annum) cement plant project and a 40 MW captive power plant
• Worked as a facilitator for project finance planning and monitoring activities for a 2 MMTA (million metric tons per annum) cement plant and a 40 MW captive power plant
