• Handled concentrate packing for Tata Fruski and Tata Water Plus.
• Responsible for driving volumes, OTIF, cost, NPD, Safety, Regulatory & Legal compliance, Quality operation, Procurement, Logistic, and store operations.
• Cost control – Annual budget planning and managed a budget of 46 crore, ensuring cost is within allocated budget.
• Drove unbudgeted savings of 45 Lac.
• Drove the unit team to the adherence of FSSAI, legal metrology, FSSC 2000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA 8000, GMP requirements as the Food safety and Health and Safety Coordinator.
• Ensured product quality and safety standards of the industry are maintained at the manufacturing plant to deliver quality products. Maintained RFT of 99.8%.
• Focus on continual improvements in plant performances and process. Implemented over 100 kaizen projects.
• Conversant with SAP, FSSAI, PCB, Labor Law, FSSC, ISO, and Safety standards of the Food Industry.

Projects

• Started Tea Bag operations at Plant, from building infrastructure to machine installation to production scale-up.
• Implemented Artificial Intelligence-based CCTV software to ensure adherence to COVID-19 SOPs is followed.
• Developed a Traceability software for tracking an SKU through the supply chain from Source to Retailer, which was selected for company-wide implementation.
• Automatic detection of safety harness during loading and unloading of vehicles at the Plant.
• Software to automate and optimize the SKU dispatch plan, considering the priority SKU and transit time to CFA.
