Early Detection of Pneumonia in Children from Chest X-ray images of using Neural Networks

• Provided an automated solution in diagnosing pneumonia in Children from chest x-ray images using Machine Learning and Neural networking algorithms such as CNN,VGG-19 and Faster RCNN.
• The model is trained with images of children's x-rays of two classes, i.e., normal and Pneumonia infected. The image is preprocessed to transform it on a random basis. The preprocessing is done by using the ImageDataGenerator module from Keras package ,it is used for data augmentation to increase the generality of the model.
• Models has been developed to predict if a child is having pneumonia or not from their chest x-ray images using Faster R-CNN, CNN and VGG19 and has accuracy of 97.11%, 95.97% and 95% respectively.
