ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing the resumes to find the right candidates from internal database, job portals Naukri, LinkedIn for the requirement
- Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled Shortlisting resumes based on the requirements.
- Initial candidate communication, evaluation, phone screen, presentation to my recruiting managers and candidate engagement.
- Creating job description for the given requirement. Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
- Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, etc.)
- Follow up the TLs to get the interview schedule for shortlisted candidates and making sure that candidate should not be a 'No Show' by constant follow-up.
- Maintaining database of the prospective candidates regularly for the future requirement.
- Follow up the candidate until the candidate is hired /on boarded.
