- Review and understand technical specifications of Requisition.
- Coordinate with the internal Stakeholder to understand their requirements.
- Receive indent on monthly basis as per department wise and Validate it with the ARC (Agreed Rate Card).
- Approach to the Registered Vendor through email, phone and social network.
- Send an email to the vendor with complete specs for RFQ/RFP.
- Negotiated cost-saving contracts with numerous suppliers and vendors/suppliers.
- Responsible to make ensure the price will meet quality and service as per JLL terms & conditions.
- Prepare price comparison with multiple quote (L1, L2 & L3) and send ahead for management approval.
- Prepare POR (Purchase Order Requisition) for L1 vendor in excel and send to JLL Corporate for to raise PO (Purchase Order) as per JLL policy.
- Send the PO Copy to the L1 vendor.
- Follow up with the vendor for goods delivery.
- Coordinate and inform Storekeeper to receive the goods according to Purchase Order.
