SP Robotic Works Pvt Ltd, Bangalore A 10 year old Tech Company provides Industrial Automation solution and AI-Enabled E-Learning Platform (LMS) providing hardware kit and courses for K-12 segment in the field of Robotics, Coding, Drone, Android & AR-VR products.

• Created a gamified customer journey to keep customers engaged in the platform, which resulted in a 30% increase in retention rate.
• Headed and developed 9+ products for educational purposes from scratch in Robotics, IOT, VR, AR and Drones within 4 years time period using Agile methodology.
• Conducted research with 1000+ customers to identify the product requirements, planned, built, and released three online products (courses) within three months (During COVID).
• Increased the product/course renewal rate from 60% to 85% by introducing critical features in the LMS platform.

• Successfully driven the overall project from prototyping to final delivery of Solar Panel Cleaning Robot for TATA Power RnD team. Onsite problem understanding, designing and simulation of solution, prototyping, final delivery onsite.
• Managed the complete lifecycle of the Salesforce integration project, from selecting vendors to monitoring costs, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring reliability.
• Co-Ordinates between Internal IT Development team and third party IT development team to integrate end to end Salesforce CRM with our existing platform
• Managed Customer Assistance Robot project for EA mall, chennai within 3 months of time with 4 member team, Effectively led the project by attentively listening to customer requirements and skillfully organizing resource management to deliver a high-quality outcome.
• Provided frequent and detailed project status updates to ensure stakeholders and executive management (C-level) were fully informed and up-to-date.

• Prepared a report every day to display the status (Plan, WIP, and PD) of all orders for the India and UK regions.
• Maintained a metrix to convey the OTD for the China and India plants on a weekly basis.
• Prepared a report on a weekly basis to highlight failed orders for US shipments.
