* Responsible for out sourcing finished knits & woven fabrics with accessories from all over india & abroad

* negotiation the price / take quality assurance & fabric lead time then ordering the fabric

* Additional responsibility included, fabric store all movements and all follow up

* Costing from yarn to finished fabric & maintain data base

* Monitor each vendor in every stage like purchase,payments on time delivery's .

* Coordinate all the orders on line at the Suppliers end to monitor quality and ensure consistency.

* Responsible for approving the quality reports. - fabrics and Accessories

* Responsible for tackling customer complaints, in coordination with the merchandise & marketing Team

* Maintaining a database, of all purchase, fabrics defect reports.

* Purchasing skill from international (china)suppliers, domestic Ludhiana, Haryana, Surat , Ahmadabad, Delhi, Tirupur ,Eroad ,perundurai , Salem, Coimbatore

*Buyer handled - Arvind ,future Lifestyle ,monoprix ,Jacadi , Reliance

* Was solely responsible for developing and out sourcing finished knit & woven fabrics from all over india & abroad

* Additional responsibility included, Yarn sourcing and vendor developments for the processing of the fabrics & all follow up

* Costing from yarn to finished fabric & maintain data base

* Monitor each vendor in every stage like purchases, job work Knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing etc.

* Coordinate all the orders on line at the Suppliers end to monitor quality and ensure consistency.
