• Tax Accounting and GL Reporting
• Preparation of Tax basis Balance sheet, Return to Accrual and Pre close files to ensure the total current earnings, Prior year beginning balance and Equity as per the Financial statements authorized by the auditors
• Preparation of With-Holding Tax file
• Preparation of Tax flow to reconcile the balances are moved by using SAP and Oracle
• Reconciling Tax GL accounts to ensure the monthly movements are accurate

Payroll reporting team

• Payroll specialists in reconciling the Client specified GL accounts to ensure all the employee level transactions are accurate
• Investigating on Open line items at employee level with reason and get that cleared
• Posting Journals to clear the open items and maintain ledger clear for the specific cost codes
• Calculate employees’ loans recovery and allocate accordingly to maintain GL balance sheet account clear
• Maintain 401K details.

VAT reporting team

• Ensure to have correct VAT to be coded for the UK and Ireland customers
• With Standard VAT accounting VAT Payments are made on dates of invoices are raised
• During VAT return on every quarter preparation of VAT proforma by considering all Purchase and sales transactions on applicable invoices for the quarter and calculate the VAT Payment and refund from HMRC
• Reconciling VAT GL Accounts to ensure VAT Payment to HMRC
• Ensure that VAT registration procedures have been met from all the VAT registered businesses partners
• Check Accuracy of VAT calculation and VAT codes applied
• Validation of evidence held for VAT reclaim and Eliminate duplicates

Statutory reporting team:

• Preparation of Extended Trial balance following IFRS 102 Accounting standards and UK GAAP Adjustments.
• Prepare Audit pack and Tax pack to the Auditors & Tax department
• Preparation of Lease reconciliations based on actual rentals and commitment Value
• Need to report the financial and non-financial reporting to the client
• Checking on Companies drafts prepared, cross checking with ETBs value, Blueprint (Directors and Company Secretory details)

• Posting the entries, reconciling the GL and preparing the reports
• Interacting closely with EFO to get the inputs, Investigating the outstanding amounts with comparison of various supporting documents and applications to clear the open items
• Investigating the inputs, reconciling and posting the entries in Oracle
