- Preparing and initiating the MB abstract, Tax invoice in both offline and JJM portal.
- Coordination with Jal Nigam Authorities and TPI for to process the RA billing and final certifications.
- Tracking the RA Bill Submission and credited payments.
- Follow-up for JMR by coordinating with site concerns and updating the billing status to both the project client and Primary client as per their requirement.
- Preparation and updation of Billing Reconciliation statement and costing statements as required by the management.
- Active participation in the Scheme handover and O&M process as per the instructions of SWSM and JJM, Uttar Pradesh.
- Preparation of a forecast plan for RA billing to achieve and claim.
- Prepartion, Updation and monitoring of project control documents as required by the client.
