• Provided technical support and troubleshooting for customers' hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identifying the key root cause of problem with proper flow chart.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the issue with key objectives.
• Referring internal external resource to provide proper solution.
• Attending call of issue in VSAT, FBB, Fleet mail and GSM LTE of the customer. Prioritize and manage several issues at on time.
• Talk to customer and OEM in several series until the technical cause of issue is resolved.

Vessel Attendance:

• Attending vessels for Installation & commissioning/ repair job so far.
• Understand the ship networks and can be able to interface our systems with ships network.
• Installation and commissioning of VSAT systems like Fleet Xpress/KVH V7/KVH V11/KVH H90/Fleet broad band/ GSM LTE individually.
• Installation and commissioning of KVH V7 HTS in Indian Coast Guard vessel with Value added services like KVH Link.

Remote support:

• Providing remote support via remote access systems, offering solutions that meet the needs of the customer.
• Repairing hardware malfunction, software issue and networking problems, Troubleshooting the systems.
• Following up with Customer/ Master to ensure all systems are properly functional.
• Attending calls to assist customer/Master to maintain good relationships.

• DGLL Projects: Configuration of high power DGPS transmitter to transmit the DGPS corrections which can be used by vessels to navigate in sea and at near ports.

• National AIS project for DGLL: Whole coastline from west to east is covered by a chain of radars in order to monitor our coasts to assist INDIAN COAST GUARD and INDIAN NAVY.

• Maintenance of National Automatic Identification System at 6 nos. of sites which includes VHF, GPS and SAAB Transponder in Andaman and Nicobar Region.

• Equipment’s worked on : Installation, Commissioning of marine Navigation & Communication equipment’s.

• Configuration and Integration of Radar- Raytheon , Navigational equipment’s , power I/O, Encoder, modulator and controller Pcbs.

• Fire detection system – Autrosafe by Autonica.

• NAIS: Base Station Configuration, Integration and installation on entire Andaman & Nicobar coastline’s that includes VHF and GPS Systems

• ECDIS NS 4000- TRANSAS: Installation and commissioning of ECDIS 4000 in Indian navy Ships and Integration done with all Navigational Equipment’s.

• ICNS Rukmani (GSAT-7) : for Indian Navy which is specially designed to provide continuous connectivity two way high speed broadband for vital onboard communication.

• Worked as a TECH SUPPORT ENGINEER in SAS Interactive SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd. Outsourced Bharat Electronics Ltd. Port Blair. From june2017-july2019

• Field Support Services for link-ii communication system onboard NAVAL FLEETS.
