  • Ideated and Executed a Sales conversion framework to enhance the conversion rate by 30 Percent across Americas SBU
  • Developed a 1 year adoption strategy and executed the plan to improve adoption of the new Account Planning tool of the Group, X-Sell.
  • Facilitated 15+ in-person account planning workshops in the US and Europe. Explored over £2 billion worth of bets/ideas across SBUs.
  • Redefined and developed an integrated account planning framework for the group to standardise the process of account planning.

SBU Anchor - India In UGTM program | Group Sales

  • Spearheaded global account planning in Geneva for one of the Swiz Group clients and explored four big bets worth 50 ME TCV.
  • A total of 182 ME TCV was mined across six engagements via account planning workshops (42% success rate) for NCE and SCE clients.
  • 93.3 ME bookings and 172.8 ME funnel YTD influenced in two years for clients handled via multiple pre-sales interventions.
  • Developed and redefined Capgemini's revised ASF 2.0 (Account Strategy Framework).
  • Proposed and led UGTM 5.0 an annual planning workshop, NCE SCE SBU kick-off, and created Viva Engage India Client Partner Community Portal.
