  • Implemented an ECS (electronic control system)-based load shedding scheme to avert power outages in critical process units, including the hydrogen generation unit and the delayed cooker unit.
  • Performed obsolescence removal for hardware, Windows OS, system software, and additional components of DCS, PLC, RTDB, APC, and tank pump management systems of all plants, integrating cybersecurity recommendations to strengthen system security.
  • Completed all External Safety Audits for Oil Industries Safety Directorate as planned.
    Installed grounding protection systems in 13 tanks to enhance safety measures.
    Implemented once-through AC systems in quality control lab for improved climate control.
