     Digital Payments at all DTC 40 Pass Sections,
     Mobile App for Complaint Management System,
     DTC E-learning Portal for Staff/Crew of DTC,
     Contractual Driver Recruitment Portal,
     Online Recruitment Portal (For all Posts),
     Depot Operation Software,
     Contactless e-Ticketing & Daily Passes for passengers using Mobile Phones,
     IP-CCTV, Panic Buttons & AVTS Project in all DTC buses,
     Online Platform for AVTS and Monitoring the O & M of 300 E-Buses in DTC under FAME-II Scheme,
     Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) using ETMs,
     IP CCTV in all depots for Safety & Security with centralized monitoring,
     Centralized Touch Less Biometric Attendance System in all depots & Units,
     Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and complete Computerization of functioning of DTC including Depots/Units-Processed for Bid Management Consultant(BMC),

1. World's largest CNG fuel AC and Non-AC Low Floor Buses fleet Public Transport provider in the capitol of India i.e. Delhi. Presently having a fleet of 3191 CNG fuel Low Floor Buses

2. India's largest Electric Bus fleet of 1650 12 Mtr AC Low Floor Electric Buses are being operated. Third largest in the World.

3. The objective of the corporation is :- To provide or secure or promote an efficient, economical, reliable and properly coordinated system the road transport in Union Territory of Delhi and any extended area. In doing so, it shall act on business principles. To achieve a high level operational efficiency. To charge fares not exceeding those prescribed by the State Under Section 43(1)(i) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1939. To attain financial self-sufficiency.

4. DTC which was functioning under the administrative control of Govt. of India, was finally taken over by Govt. of NCT, Delhi on 05.08.1996.

5. Presently having a setup of Four Regions i.e. North, South, East and West with 39 depots, 12, 8, 7, 12 depots in each region respectively. A workforce of about 29000 employees is serving in DTC.
