• Production, Planning, and Control of Survey Vessels, Anti-Submarine Ships, Fast Patrol Vessels, and Passenger Ferry.
• Oversee construction of ships at L&T Shipyard and TWL Shipyard.
• Monitor indenting, ordering, and timely availability of all project materials and subcontracting services. Resolution of critical material issues with OEMs (including foreign OEMs), and Naval Headquarters.
• Prepare Build Strategy and undertake Costing for all new projects.
• Monitor Budget, Revenue from Ops, Cost to Completion and Profit.
• Provide Warranty Support for delivered ships.

• Managed engineering issues related to operation, maintenance, policy, and procurement for all Southern Command ships.

Responsible for policy planning, cadre management, and career planning of over 4,500 technical officers of the Indian Navy, including their postings, courses, promotions, and grievance redressal.

• Oversaw the maintenance aspects of all Indian Navy ships, including all refits of Indian naval ships and friendly navies.
• Formulated policies and plans for all Naval Dockyards and Repair Yards.

Oversaw delivery of mid-level management program to Indian Navy officers in collaboration with the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.

Oversaw the construction and delivery of Naval Offshore Patrol Vessels being built by Goa Shipyard for the Indian Navy, and tugs/dredgers being built by Tebma Shipyard.

Successfully oversaw the maiden refit in India, followed by an extended operational phase, meeting all Operational and Fleet commitments, won 'Best Engine Room' trophy, Eastern Fleet.

• Responsible for PAN Navy management of all Marine Engineering issues.
• Responsible for main propulsion, power generation, and auxiliary machinery selection for new construction projects for the Indian Navy, including P-17, P-15A, Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC), Naval OPV, WJFAC, and Fleet Tankers in Italy.

• Served on three different warships in the capacity of Senior (Second) Engineer and Assistant (Third) Engineer.
• Worked in various capacities at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai and training facilities at INS Shivaji.
