Project Description: ABB is on an HR (Human Resources) transformation journey underpinned by Workday application implementation. ABB was expecting to process the Human Resources system through one centralized Workday system to avoid complexities in various areas, such as country-wise locally developed and inconsistent data, fragmented and outdated technology, compromised quality, speed, and transparency. Hence, in this project, we are moving HR towards one core global Workday system to simplify their HR landscape and retire several HR tools to ease operations according to ABB Way.
