• In OCE my Responsibilities are Customization of application with the help of new classes,triggers, workflows, process builders and validation rules
• Also I am Involved in the requirement analysis and estimation planning and Provide estimation of tasks based on impact analysis and priority

Worked on same OCE product to customize for different clients based on their requirements

• Worked on Project called Mast Automation with Sales cloud using Apex classes, Workflow & Approval process
• Mast Automation designed to manage, Audit and automate the Field level processed
• Project deals with the process involve of setting up a tower at any site and its various stages of deployment starts from Soil Investigation project and ends with electrical work
• In this, Field user goes to a particular site and perform activity by capturing field related parameter in its Mobile based applications and after adding details of every field user sync the captured data to its manager
• We have Configured Mast Automation using batch classes, Workflow rules, Validation rules and triggers
• We have done Migration of old legacy system data to new CRM system build over Salesforce
• Involved in Creating Reports to drive key business decisions
