• Developed and maintained a secure internal web application used by AT&T Technology Operations Network Services and Day 2 support teams for proactive maintenance and change management tasks.
• Built a responsive frontend using Angular and a robust backend API using .Net Core, with data stored in SQL Server.
• Consists of core features for managing and displaying critical network data including router information, IP addresses, Visio network diagrams, and connection details.
• Ensured a quarterly validation workflow to automate outreach to business partner sponsors, prompting contact data confirmation and dynamically updating the database.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate functionality, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code in a fast-paced environment.
