  • Recruitment, Establishing the requirements from Group departments, sourcing for the requirement, Short listing, screening for the recruitment process, Co-ordination with the candidates and HODs, Informing the candidates about the interview, preliminary Interview, Co-ordination with the respective HODs for finalization of Compensation.   • Training & Development, Induction, Training the employees on any new rules regulations of the organization. Involved in periodic review of employee performance and understand training needs. Involved in development policies for attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talent and supporting superior performance consistent with business goals. And induction of new recruits.
  • PMS - KRA's, To finalize KRA's for each position based on job description and purpose of the job and review of the same. Appraisals conducted on yearly basis. Prepare, implement and update performance appraisals and finalize transfers, promotions, rewards and bonuses with the management.
  • Payroll processing, Establishing the salaries of the individual workforce subject to their completeness of attendance & Timeliness, Maintaining personnel records of employees.
  • Statutory, Government compliances like E.S.I.C, Provident Fund, MLWF, and Professional Tax. Looking after all the official formalities like factory license, Contract Labour license, Group gratuity, and insurance by assisting the consultant.
  • Manpower Planning, Involved in forecasting the requirements of the workforce in terms of both Blue and white collar jobs and helping the organization in reducing the attrition rate by constantly monitoring the needs and goals of the workforce.
  • Safety and Security, Also look after Safety and Security of employees. Employee and management coordination.
  • Exit Interviews, Full and final settlements, Conduct exit interviews & make analysis. Do all clearance formalities & Full & final settlement?
  • Employee Engagement Activities, Celebrating - Diwali, Ganapati festival and other company events. Effectively managing welfare, management- employee get together, picnics & parties. Developing employee engagement programs like imitated and administered a welcome mail policy to all new joiners, initiated birthday mails & celebration.
  • Industrial Relation, Handling Disciplinary action process in the matters like unauthorized absenteeism, negligence, insubordination, idling & wasting the time, stoppage of work, by way of verbal counselling, written counselling, cautioning, warning, suspension & termination. Handle Domestic Enquiry process.
  • Administration, To take care of staff amenities such uniforms, ID cards, visiting cards, laptops, company cars, data cards, safety shoes, etc. (for all locations), Asset management, and duties linked to infrastructure maintenance. All locations' stationary ordering, recording, and control; facility management and arrangements, such as drinking water, tea, etc.; daily monitoring and control of all locations' housekeeping. daily to oversee security activities, process monitoring, and audits, examining invoices from suppliers and service providers, such as for security, cleaning, and administrative costs, keeping records of all administrative procedures and sending regular reports to the group HR head.
