• Morpho-molecular genetic diversity analysis in Basmati and Non-Basmati Rice
• Evaluated 34 Indian Rice accessions at field trial to observe 21 traits including quantitative and qualitative traits and their expression using SSR-Markers. Data was analysed to identify the high-yielding genotypes and yield attributing traits from accessions based on the result of variation, correlation, path and diversity analysis.
• Performed hybridization techniques in Wheat, Rice, and Black gram.
• Hands-on experience in DNA isolation, operating the PCR machine, Gel electrophoresis, Gel documentation, biochemical analysis, and spectrophotometer.
• Have basic knowledge of analytical software’s like R software, SPSS, OPstat, MS Excel
• Planning and layout of experimental designs at field level.
