• Conduct risk audits to identify known and unknown risks; furthermore, identify and implement corrective solutions to mitigate or detect the risk beforehand.
• To ensure the timely completion of BAU deliverables, including audits and project management, emphasizing efficiency and continuous quality improvement.

Audits

• Performed a detailed risk audit for trade transaction reporting for one of our investment bank clients, and uncovered high-impact risk observations that could result in regulatory impact from regulators in Hong Kong and Europe.
• Performed a comprehensive risk audit of the Middle Office process for an investment bank client, highlighting BAU-level risk observations that could result in a direct financial loss to the client, with an exposure in million dollars.

Projects

• Identified and implemented an Alteryx-based automation solution to streamline and optimize the generation of 20+ reports, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Identified and spearheaded RPA automation opportunities within the MO cluster, delivering streamlined processes and achieving cost savings of $350K annually.
