 Working as a Shift supervision in Tube mill & all quality check point of production work station.
 Prepare of PDIR report of Finished goods material & issue Test Certificate.
 Attend customer complaint in TVS, HONDA ,ROYAL ENFIELD two wheeler vendors at Bangalore, Chennai, Hosur & Kolar area regarding pipe quality.
 Maintain Department Log book & Company Internal Documents.
 On the Production Time check all the physical properties, Mechanical & chemical properties of manufacturing product within specific spec.
 Conduct Plant Orientation meetings with dept’s Hod & junior staff.
 Responsibility of Company Religious festival program & manage all the activity within duty hours.

 Works as G.E.T on Tube Mill Production unit.
 Steel tubes & rectangular sizes production of different grades & standard.
 Prepare Daily production records on SAP & maintain documents of department.
