MM Production Support

• As part of the Production Support Team worked closely with Technical and Functional consultants of other modules to resolve the issues as per priorities
• Analyzed MM related tickets raised in Servicenow tool, discussed with the Business Users; determined the root causes and resolved them in timely manner
• Attending daily status call to review and provide update on the pending tickets
• Configured and Customized Enterprise structure, purchasing process and Plant parameters mapping of business processing in line with the SAP functionality
• Configured Vendor Screen Layout, Vendor Account Groups, and number range for vendor account groups
• Experienced in the configuration of Automatic Account Determination, defining valuation class, account category reference, movement type and account grouping of movement types
• Setting up Material Master - Field selection for Material types, number ranges and material groups

Indirect Procurement

• Processing purchase requisitions based on the approval matrix in Ariba system
• Converting purchasing requisitions into purchase orders in SAP and releasing to vendor's on time
• Following up with vendor's for PO acknowledgement and delivery of goods or services in line with the delivery date
• Handled queries received from Business Requestors, Suppliers, Procurement Managers and from Accounts payable team
• Timely generation and circulation of Open PO, Blanket PO expiration report, Contract's Expiration report with business users
• Completing the assigned tasks on a timely manner and update the status to lead

• Responsible for vendor creation, changes, blocking and unblocking in SAP
• Validating vendor's mandatory documents, performing control checks for creating new vendor in the ERP
• Performing urgent and adhoc VMD requests and downloading vendor master reports
• Handling vendor master related queries from Clients with a prompt response
• Investigate and share the findings for audit observations and maintaining audit tracker
• Providing inputs for monthly SLA report with the reason for TAT met and Not Met cases
• Completing the assigned tasks and meeting the daily deliverables as per the agreed turnaround time
• Reports the daily volume and allocation status to Team Lead
