Leave Management

  • Define/ implement policies related to increment, incentive & other remuneration policies
  • Set up performance appraisal, performance-linked bonus, performance-based reward system and performance contracting system using various tools like KPI and Balance score card

  • Monitor monthly attendance & leave, maintain updated employee details for processing of salary
  • Track CTC records of existing employees as per minimum wage, CTC revision as per minimum wage notification
  • Coordinate activities related to exit formalities, processing of full and final settlement

Human Resource Management

  • Control and maintain the filling systems, generated Human Resource data reports, handling the employees’ relation & grievance, created and typed office correspondence using computer, maintained confidentiality of proprietary information plus, prepared and reviewed written documents accurately and completely.
  • Ensure compliance to organizational processes in processing of Employees Compensation & benefit, Leave Allowance, Insurance, Termination Processing
  • Involved in processing of employee’s medical insurance, leave, housing advances/ allowances
  • Responsible for documentation and correspondence letters (Appointment letter, Offer Letter, Extension letters, Relieving letter, etc.)
  • Participate in modifying HR and office related policies and communicating the same to employees across the hierarchy
  • Issue ID card, ESI cards and GMI card to employees, visiting card for all eligible employees
  • Set up medical health insurance for employee/ family across company, bank account for new recruits and existing employees (based on requirement)

Human Capital Management

  • Support and manage the design, development and performance of Discover's core HCM System and related HR data and processes. Focus on identifying trends, determining root cause of problems, predicting future implications and determining solutions to drive effective business decisions
