• Cultivated partnerships with leading national companies, spearheading talent acquisition in dynamic sectors such as healthcare, eCommerce, fintech, retail, and EdTech.
• Played a pivotal role in client onboarding, employing effective business development strategies to ensure successful client integration.

• Handling the Naukri portal, lining up interviews daily through calls and emails, interviewing candidates for the position of emergency response officers (EROs), and handling the induction program every week, maintaining records of the candidates who appeared and were selected in the interview process, distributing ID cards to the new candidates, and regularly updating the data of personnel.
