Built an end-to-end HR Management system on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. The solution supports core HR functions including employee recruitment, attendance tracking, leave management, and document generation. It provides role-based access, email automation, and secure authentication for a seamless HR workflow.

• Developed custom LWC components for modules like Recruitment, Employee Directory, and Attendance Tracking.
• Created Apex classes and triggers for backend logic, data handling, and integration with Salesforce standard/custom objects.
• Implemented secure login/logout functionality with password recovery using custom Apex and Salesforce Email Services.
• Designed dynamic interfaces for leave applications, with validation, modals, and leave history tracking.
• Integrated document generation features for downloading offer letters and bulk payslips.
• Used SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Ensured scalability, maintainability, and mobile-responsiveness across the application.
