Project Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage telecom network rollout projects within the assigned circle, including RAN, MW deployments, network expansions, and upgrades.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project teams, including project managers, team leads, engineers, and technicians.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and quality.

Network Planning and Implementation:

• Participate in the planning and design of new network infrastructure, and upgrades.
• Ensure network elements (BTS, eNode B, MW) are implemented on time, and meet coverage and bandwidth requirements. Optimize existing network elements to improve performance and capacity.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors involved in network deployments.
• Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, and deliver on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor and control vendor performance and inventory.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress and performance.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, performance, and issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all network deployments meet required quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project status and issues to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams, and external clients.
• Manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.

Material Management:

• Ensure proper material capitalization and inventory reduction to support partner material consumption.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Motivate and coach team members to achieve project goals.
• Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development.

• Management of the Optical Fiber Cable laying project of Bharti Airtel Networks.
• Handling end to end from PO to handover which includes survey, material management, team organizing and managing for Implementation of fiber network for Fibmax, Intracity and Last Mile Connectivity(LM) and Acceptance Testing.

• Management of the Optical Fiber Cable laying project of Bharti Airtel Networks.
