A Professional Social Worker specialized in Community Development & Empowerment having work experience over 15 years in the field of CSR, Child Rights Protection, Community Participation, Training & Capacity Building, Emergency Preparedness and Resettlement & Rehabilitation (R&R). Have conducted & organized more than 800 training & capacity building programmes in the areas of Community Participation & Emergency Preparedness. I have been involved in the coordination of the largest Resettlement & Rehabilitation (R&R) Drive & successful relocation of around 1,9000 Urban Poor / Project Affected Families (PAFs) from Cooum & Adyar Rivers.
