BUYER - ANN TAYLOR ( LOS/LOFT/ATF/ATS)

• Planning the orders with the Production team to maintain the agreed T&A.
• Conduct the LR meeting to do the RA, style review, with the buying office.
• Weekly LOS monitoring and escalate/replan the order to maintain the delivery.
• Monitoring the daily chart for PCD/PP SAMPLE, FABRIC ETA, and TRIMS ETA. To ensure that order is maintained in the flow.
• Mentored junior merchandisers to place the trims ordering in-house to meet PCD.
• Mentored merchandisers to send the submission/PP samples on time to get approval.
• Signing off on the budget for trims, production, and process costs to ensure the profit of the order.
• Escalation with the brand for excess or short shipment/delivery slide.
• Reviewing the shipment plan weekly to ensure that orders are on time.
• Shipment booking given to the forwarder, and ASN approval to the factory and planning for movement.
• Communicating with the buying office day-to-day activities.
