Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve production-related quality issues
Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment to guarantee consistent and accurate manufacturing processes
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns promptly
Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits as needed
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to identify and address defects or deviations from specifications
Review and approve documentation related to quality processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA) through regular audits and assessments
Design and execute testing protocols to validate product functionality and performance.
