To solve problems in a creative and effective manner & to make use of my extensive knowledge and skills for achieving organizations goals while maintaining the standards set by the organization.
The instrument panel cluster (IPC) in a vehicle, often referred to as the dashboard or gauge cluster, and houses the various displays and Indicators that enables driver to operate the vehicle and displays information to the driver. Among these several gauges offers speedometer, Tachometer, Battery, Odometer as well as various Indicators for system malfunctions and warnings. General Motors (GM) manufactures a wide range of vehicles, and the instrument panel clusters in GM vehicles may vary depending on the model, year, and specific features of the vehicle. Here are some general aspects related to GM's instrument panel clusters: Display and Gauges, Multifunctional display, Driver assistance features and Connectivity feature like Bluetooth, hand free calling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HIL Testing :
HIL(Hardware in loop) is simulation technique used in development and testing of complex real time embedded systems and involves testing with simulated and virtual environment that mimics the behavior of actual physical system. Executing the feature like Warnings, Indicators and Gauges and image capturing using Buffer board with the help of Graphic Auto Tester and DAQ Station. Developing the test cases in vector vTestStudio.
UDS Validation :
UDS Validation accesses the error handling mechanism verifying that unauthorized access is prevented and malfunctions. Verifying the diagnostic operation within the expected time frame ensure that functions are correctly working with respect to services. verifying with positive and verifying with positive and negative scenarios. Involves functional testing of each UDS services includes reading, writing, diagnostic trouble code(DTCs) routine control and other diagnostic functions. Service operates correctly and produce the expected results. Developing the test scripts using CAPL and vector vTestStudio.
Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (ARHUD) is an advanced version of a traditional HUD (Head-Up Display) that overlays digital information directly onto the driver’s real-world view through the windshield. Unlike standard HUDs that project simple data (like speed or navigation) onto a small section of the windshield, ARHUD enhances the driving experience by integrating virtual elements with the real-world environment.
