• Led a women farmer-focused study on clean energy use technologies in agriculture across India, Kenya, and Nigeria, covering key crop value chains.
• Identified key barriers and enablers to women's adoption of energy-powered agri-tech solutions.
• Conducted primary interviews with women farmers, FPOs, agri-tech providers, and capacity-building personnel to gather ground-level insights.
• Translated findings into actionable investment recommendations for the Shell Foundation to boost women farmers' incomes and agency via clean-energy interventions.

Organizational Diagnosis for Andhra Pradesh SIEMAT (State Institute of Educational Management and Training).

• Led an organization-wide diagnostic study to assess the structure, systems, and capacities of AP SIEMAT.
• Analyzed responses from over 4,200 education officials and school heads to identify institutional strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Created the full diagnostic report and presentation, submitted to the Government of Andhra Pradesh and World Bank stakeholders.
• Facilitated strategic discussions with senior officials to define AP SIEMAT’s future role and operational roadmap.

Design Impact Awards (Titan Company CSR Initiative).

• Part of the PMU team that designed and managed the second edition of Titan’s Design Impact Awards, focused on supporting tech-led social enterprises in water and environment.
• Monitored and approved outreach materials and partner communication to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Coordinated the jury selection and evaluation process, including expert onboarding, briefing, and panel facilitation.

Urban Development Partnership (GoT, MA&UD)

• Facilitated collaboration between Telangana’s CSR cell, the National Institute of Urban Management, and corporate partners, co-designing roundtables that yielded joint urban-development action plans.
• Developed a portfolio of urban development projects for Telangana and Gujarat, identifying initiatives that align corporate CSR priorities with the government of Telangana.

• Provided technical support to the government (State Rural Livelihood Mission) on the implementation and formation of elderly groups in 16 states.
• Conducted field visits to Birbhum (West Bengal), Bihar, and Tamil Nadu to monitor implementation and support the training of Elder SHG Group Coordinators.
• Captured on-ground learnings on challenges and success factors in elderly livelihood initiatives.

• Liaised with national partners (National Coalition for Natural Farming) to implement natural farming practices in their respective districts.
• Facilitating capacity building and knowledge transfer to NGOs.
• Assembled and led a communications team of agriculture graduates to produce farmer case studies and social media content.
• Served as the primary point of contact between the University and the state implementation team, overseeing training sessions, data collection, and field monitoring.
• Co-authored a University of Reading study, leading social-science data collection through participatory photography and surveys to map women farmers’ perceptions of ZBNF against crop yields. - “It feels like we’re doing something good: mapping farmer perceptions of NF onto crop yields in Andhra Pradesh.”

• Monitored APCNF implementation across 13 districts, and compiled farmer data to support state-level decision-making.
• Conducted field visits to capture case studies and assess on-ground impact.
• Supervised Natural Farming Fellows and their demo plots supported HR in recruiting and onboarding progressive farmer-trainers.
• Contributed to the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) manual for statewide scale-up.
• Facilitated exposure visits for national and international delegations to showcase APCNF’s grassroots model.

• Coordinated meetings with Panchayats and Line Departments, and consolidated reports for senior management.
• Prepared and presented Integrated Cluster Action Plans (ICAP) and Detailed Project Reports at the state level.
• Worked on DDU-GKY, assessing the post-placement status of candidates under the rural skilling program.
