Over the last seven years, including 3.5 years of extensive, field-based work with APCNF, I’ve built deep experience in natural farming, rural livelihoods, and women-centric agriculture programs. APCNF was instrumental in shaping my passion for agriculture and gave me the grounding to identify this sector as my long-term focus. Since then, I’ve continued to stay rooted in the agriculture sector through research and strategy consulting. This includes leading stakeholder consultations for a Shell Foundation study on clean energy adoption by women farmers across India, Kenya, and Nigeria, and contributing to regenerative agriculture research with IDH.
In addition to agriculture, I’ve taken on adjacent assignments that strengthened my facilitation and program management skills, such as conducting an organizational diagnostic for AP SIEMAT (education sector) and anchoring a government–corporate roundtable for Telangana’s Urban Development Department through background research, stakeholder coordination, and deck preparation. These experiences have sharpened my skills in stakeholder engagement, research execution, and communicating grassroots insights, strengths I hope to bring back to APCNF.
