  • Talent Management (Recruitment and entire employee life cycle management including On-boarding & Off-boarding)

1. Built a team of 60+ in a span of 6 months with 25 Engineers and 20 Design folks, including marketing and sales roles without vendor support

2. Increased the retention percentage to ~90% and Referrals to a ~22%, reduced the hiring cost by 80% in the first quarter

At PagarBook, I worked as HR Executive, directly reported to founders', built and spearheaded the HR, Admin and finance functions. I joined them at an early stage and scaled the team to ~650+ employees.

  • Compensation & Benefits - Handled payroll for 650+ employees with 3P vendors, introduced Flexi Benefits Plan for tax savings.
