Human Resources Lead
At Flam, I led the HR and Admin, IT and Finance function, part of the Leadership team at Flam. I work directly with the founders
My key responsibilities include:
- Talent Management (Recruitment and entire employee life cycle management including On-boarding & Off-boarding)
- Performance Management (Set up performance evaluation metrics & assessments for the entire org) -Organizational Development (Org culture change, OKR implementation & adoption,Succession Planning, Leadership Development)
- Successfully implemented Org level and team level OKR's
- Setting up HR Policies & Procedures, letters from scratch for start-ups
- Compensation and Benefits (Processing payroll, Introduced Flexi Benefit Plan for Tax savings, Employee Benefits Planning) -
- Handling Employee Relations and Training and Development,
- My Ad-hoc projects include handing HRIS, IT, office finances, labor relations, office administration, vendor management, online and offline community management, change management and product support.
Achievements:
1. Built a team of 60+ in a span of 6 months with 25 Engineers and 20 Design folks, including marketing and sales roles without vendor support
2. Increased the retention percentage to ~90% and Referrals to a ~22%, reduced the hiring cost by 80% in the first quarter
3. Employee Engagement (Increased the employee happiness quotient from 20% to 80% over 3 months)
