- Configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS), Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager, Prisma Access, and GlobalProtect VPN, ensuring secure connectivity and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Strong understanding of OSI & TCP/IP layers, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP), ARP, VLANs, ACLs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and STP to maintain high network availability and performance.
- Cisco / Arista Switch - VLAN configurations.
- Perform firewall log monitoring, policy rule deployment, firewall license renewal and PAN-OS upgrades to strengthen security posture and optimize traffic flow.

- Collaborate with ISP engineers to resolve BGP flapping issues, IPsec Tunnel flapping issues, TAC Engineers to resolve critical PANW firewall hardware issues and restore connectivity during critical outages.
- Utilize ServiceNow (ITIL framework) for incident, RITM, and service request management, consistently handling 80–100 tickets per month within SLA targets and providing End-user Network support.
- Collaborating with other internal teams like Wintel, Automation, L3/infsec team for escalating critical issues and change approvals.
- Generate and review GitHub pull requests for YAML-based Ansible playbooks, automating configuration push and reducing manual errors.
- Monitor Network devices with LogicMonitor and troubleshoot Layer 1/2 issues across Cisco/ Arista switches.
- Connecting with the Palo Alto Networks (PANW) - L3 team on Priority-1/2 incidents, ensuring rapid resolution of security events.
