• Costing, Pricing and Maintenance of Cost Records:
• 1. Analysis of Cost data and Finalization of Product Costing and pricing independently.
• 2. Controlling and Maintaining of Product data for BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routing Data (ie Cycle time required to manufacture product) in ERP environment.
• 3. Month end Closing in ERP environment and prepared Various MIS reports

• 5. Generating of Costing MIS reports relating to various variance analysis report (i.e. Price variance, yield variance and Rate variance reports etc )
• 6. Also prepared Costing MIS reports applying ABC costing in Operational Model, Strategic and target Costing Model in ERP
• 7. Preparation of Sales analysis reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. monthly profitability, turnover and expenses.
• 8. Handle Value Analysis and value engineering independently.
• 9. Analysis of Monthly & Annual Financial Data and Reconciliation with Cost Records
• 10. Preparation and maintenance of Cost Records Maintenance as per Companies (Cost Accounting Record) Rules.
• Accounts & Audit & GST:
• 1. Generating P&L accounts and annual reports and responsible for finalization & reconciliation of accounts & financial statements.
• 2. Involved in Reconciliation of various accounts like Debtors Reconciliation, Inter unit Reconciliation, Head Office Reconciliation and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• 3. Responsible for finalization of valuation of fixed assets and calculating depreciation amount, stock valuation, physical verification of stock.
• 4. Finalization of all formalities for Internal Audit/Cost Audit etc.
• Budgeting & MIS:
• 1. Expertise in preparing & analyzing Budgets/Forecasts/Planning, developing strategic MIS reports for the management
• 2. Preparation and analysis of all Budgets monthly and annually for plant and company as a whole.
• 3. Monitoring budgets and generates various variance analysis reports between budget and actual monthly and annually to control cost.
• 4. Generate and present various MIS reports for Divisional review meeting monthly for all departments in order to monitoring cost.
• 5. MHR Calculation, Paint Shop Costing and evaluating with financial data at regular intervals.
• 6. Monitoring raw material price movement and Product price control.
• 7. Generating & maintaining MIS for debtors / creditors’ outstanding statements and costing, budgeting cash expenditure of SBU.
• Stock Accounting:
• 1. Preparation Raw material requirement budget for the plant and company as a whole and report it accordingly
• 2. Conduct inventory surprise checking monthly and annually towards closing of books
• 3. Monitoring Slow moving and Non moving inventory analysis agewise and report to Management for decision making purpose.
• 4. Preparation Stock variance report between book and physical regularly on selective items
• 5. Prepare raw material budget variance report at regular interval and report to Management.
• 7. Prepared input-output statements to arrive at conversion losses and variance with standards and finalizing inventory adjustments arising out of comparison of physical stocks with book values.
• 8. ABC Analysis. Fixation of Limit for Minimum and Maximum Order Level.
• ERP:
• 1. Actively involved in implementation of accounting, inventory, and Costing Module at head office of NAVISION (Version 6.00) – a Microsoft ERP Software.
• 2. Presently working in ERP-WFX-II-Actively involved in implementation of accounting, inventory, and Costing module.
• 3. Working in ERP-Micro Soft-Dynamics AX-involved in implementation of accounting, inventory, and Costing module
