Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solving the user's issue for servers by using puppet.
• Setting up the VM according to the clients need with the help of Jenkins and manually as well.
• Setting up a backup job for the clients.
• Creating the citrix accounts for the new user along with the giving permission for application to be published. Change the user's password and activate the account if the user's account is disabled.
• Patching of the windows and Linux servers on monthly basis.
• Weekly audits for decommission servers and Ansible scripts as well.
• Veeam backup configuration.
• Creating different safes in Cyberark according to need of clients and giving access to servers.
• Assigning public IP for the client. Adding the rules,IP,port no in firewall. Firewall configuration by GUI.
• Modifying the server configuration and user requirements by updating the .yaml files.
• Servers clean up for unnecessary files and data
• Managing PSMP servers which are used for Cyberark and jump boxes.
• Setting up reverse proxy for clients.
• Nginx configuration for URL's.
• Cleaning up DB Server's.

Tools: Emagic, PRTG, Spam expert portal, License portal, Backup configuration tool

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Server setups according to the requirements of client
• Re-installing the server with updated OS
• Cloud-linux, Softaculous, Plesk, cPanel license management and assignment
• Termination of unnecessary servers from Hyper-v
• Installation of cpanel, Plesk panel with the help of script
• Backup, spam expert configuration with the help of backup and spam expert setup tool
• Weekly audits for the server
• Health check and server performance monitoring and performed action accordingly.
• Security patching for unix servers and adding the firewall rules for the same.

Tools: Zabbix, Solusvm, Vmware, Vshere client console

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to solve the issues of client on chat and call
• Day to day activity for server performance monitoring with the help of monitoring tool like Zabbix
• Understanding the exact issue and of client and update accordingly to the team and client
• Perform pre-check to solve the issue and determine the estimated time
• Worked on the live issues of migration.
• Managing and handling unix servers.
• Restoration of databases according to the requirement of clients.
