-Troubleshooting Cisco Router 800 and 900 series,Palo Alto SD-WAN,Cisco Switches on various issue(Linkdown, Link aggregation).

• Handle the various L2/L1 calls of routing and switching
• Raised Fault Ticket and Follow up with ISP like Verizon, Grid4, and AT&T for Link Down, Packet Drop, Latency, Link Flapping, CRC Error and Routing etc
• Router & Switch configuration and Troubleshoot Network Connectivity issue
• Generate call log regarding ISP connectivity issue
• Taking ownership of request and incident to get this resolved
• Troubleshooting LAN, WAN & Routing protocols
• Initiate and track RMA cases for Hardware failure and break fix
• BGP troubleshooting and maintenance issues, responsible for resolving the issues from company and/or vendor documented resolutions
• Implement, configure and troubleshoot VPN's and Secure Remote related issues
• First level troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Interacting with the client regarding technical Issues and understanding the Client Problem.

• Working on Nokia Network Functions Manager to address customers Network related issues
• Hands on Experience with Nokia 7250 IXR-10,7750-SR 12e Routers
• Initiate and track RMA cases for Hardware failure and break fix
• Coordinating and Escalate L2 & L3 for any critical issue impacting large number of users
• Analysis of Daily, Weekly and Monthly traffic reports and necessary actions to improve Network Quality
• Working with onsite Field Engineer to Configure and Troubleshoot
• Conducting root cause analysis on Network Incident
• Checking Router Health on Regular Intervals and Taking Backups
• Ensuring Network Flapping, Choking, Latency issues on High priority and immediate report to backend team for restoration
• Checking BGP remote peer info of BSNL IBP Failure Links
• Coordinating with BSNL Nodal Officer to do the Patching Related work Dark Fiber and OTN services
• Sending instant Link failure mails to the BSNL MPLS NOC
• Conducting verifications as per Customer requests such as, Port Status, Traffic Details, Loop checking, at Source and Destination
• Coordinating with BSNL and Hitachi team for Feasibility Survey, Media Installation and End to End Delivery.
