Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirements and meeting daily production targets.
• Analyzed work flow and planned and scheduled customer orders based on material availability, manpower capacity, and constraints.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the daily operations.
• Ensure production as per monthly target.
• Implementation of 5s/kaizen and continuous improvement related to cost, quality, morale, safety, and related processes.
• To optimize the productivity by various methods:- by continual improvements, optimum utilization of all the resources 4M(Man, Machine, Material, Method)
