As a Workflow Specialist at TCS, my main responsibilities include:

Working for an US based company "The Home Depot" under Account's Receivables domain. The Home Depot, Inc., commonly known as Home Depot, is the largest home improvement retailer in the United States, supplying tools, construction products, and services. Under Account's Receivables domain working for "Credit Receivables" team.

• Conducted detailed financial analysis using SAP S/4HANA, leveraging transaction code FBL3N to extract and analyze general ledger (G/L) account line items.
• Utilized SAP S/4HANA extensively for financial accounting processes, including clearing and reversal of documents.
• Lead the account reconciliation control process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger.
• Conducted troubleshooting and resolved issues related to IDOC processing, including monitoring, error handling, and reprocessing of failed IDOCs to maintain data integrity and minimize business disruptions.
• Conduct month-end closing procedures in adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) standards, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances, and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Automated repetitive tasks and streamlined data processing workflows using Excel macros and VBA programming.
