Roles & Responsibilities-

• Responsible for Construction and all the activities of project from concept to commissioning.
• Responsible to read and understand drawing and BOQ,plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation.
• Ensure completion of work as per target time schedule ,quality & quantity norms with the budget with optimal utilization of resources.
• Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of civil works for multiple renewable energy projects.
• Lead the team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and plan Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation activities for all projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Communicated project plans and progress to key stakeholders and project contributors.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports for all civil-related works across projects, including progress updates, quality control, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, external consultants, and internal teams to facilitate geotechnical and hydrological studies, ensuring the gathering of necessary data and insights.
• Plan and coordinate the construction of internal roads for all projects to facilitate the movement of WTG materials and resources.
• Provide coordination and support for all civil works associated with Extra High Voltage (EHV) lines and substations.
• Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure the construction of crane platforms aligns with project specifications and safety standards.
• Engage in higher-level coordination with senior management, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment of project goals, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to determine timely delivery and compliance of project requirements.

• Project 1 -250 MW GUVNL Project In Gujrat-Khirsara
• Project 2 -390 MW Hybrid solar power project Rajasthan
• Project 3 -450 MW Hybrid Solar Power Project Rajasthan
• Project 4-500 MW Hybrid Solar Project Power Project-Gujrat-Khawra.
• Project 5-250 MW Hybrid Solar Power Project Gujrat-Khawra.

Responsibility-

• Direct project site surveying, pegging, layout, fencing, Pilling, M.M.S, IDT, Shed Work, equipment
  erection, road works and trenching activities in a manner that delivers the project within safety, cost and time targets set by the Management.
• Ensure that the mechanical sub-contractors meet the contractual conditions of performance as per the scope of work and timeline.
• Develop an activity plan with appropriate sequencing to ensure the surveying, civil and construction aspects of the project are built and commissioned within the contractual COD date.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are not compromised.
• Ensure subcontractors and site staff operate in compliance with local construction and safety
  regulations.
• Review the work progress on daily basis and publish progress reports as per the project reporting requirements and publish the required routine reports on time.
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling material, manpower and machinery required for the project Responsible for monitoring and overseeing project budgets and ensuring project costs remain within budge.
• Provide inputs for preparing work plan and project / methodology / seasonal budget.
• Maintain regular contacts with client representatives for timely decisions on matters related to work.
• On Time Delivery (OTD) for Construction, Installation & Commissioning of Project Site.
• Implementation of Safety Plans with absolute safety standards with a target of “zero” accidents & Loss.
• Implement Field quality, identify NCRs, follow up & pursue to close NCRs.
• Manage Extra claims which shall be put up by EPC & Sub Contractors during execution of the
  project.
• Work with Supply Chain/EPC for On Time Delivery of Material supplies at site review meetings with EPC Contractor at site at the intervals as per the site requirement and resolve
• Provide progress reports and other status updates to management.

• Project: -Jaipur-Mahua BOT Road Project
• Description: Improvement, Operation and Maintenance, Rehabilitation and Strengthening of existing 2- lane road and widening to 4-lane, divided highway of the Jaipur Section of NH-11 from Km 120 to Km 228 in the state of Rajasthan

Responsibility:-

• Given the layout of the structure according to drawings levels, underpass, R.C.C retaining wall, precast RCC panel wall, slab culverts, pipe culverts box culvert, rehabilitation of structures, crash barrier, bar bending schedule, approach slab, friction slab etc
• Construction of heavy structures & Heavy foundations
• The overall execution of Reinforcement steel fixing work, shuttering & finishing work
• Prepare B.B.S as per drawing and laying at site in proper way
• Prepare R.F.I Of all activity and checking from Client for approval of concreting
• Submitting B.B.S for billing and quantity of Building A materials
• Proper handling of man power in proper way with specific work distribution
• Per day planning to next day executions & re- porting for concern persons.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings, and blueprints.

• Alwar -Sikandra Mega Highway 81 K.M B.O.T Project
• Job responsibility:-
• Survey of Natural ground level at site.
• Fixing, calculation of reduced level, given center line used to total station (Sokia 210, sokia230) through socket data method, pile center, layout of masonry structure (pipe culvert, box culvert, steel calculation, minor bridges.
