  • Took leadership in implementation of several new projects in Kerala, like BGC, Compliance, Routing, Sentinel, Helmet Adherence, RCP etc.... BGC - least defects within time bound manner, Compliance – All partners in CRM terrain cleared DSP 1.0 audit, Launched routing in Kerala, cost involved was nearly 1 - 1.5 crore. Sentinel - Facial verification, Helmet Adherence, RCP - Reusable Container usage.
  • Managing 6 warehouses of Amazon, with 8000 plus volume per day with nearly 35 warehouse staffs and 200 plus delivery associates. Successfully handled up-to 16000 packages in a single day.
  • Coaching and mentoring of staffs and conducting engagement activities within the terrain.
  • Creation of several excel reports, to analyze that data and to provide solutions to the issues.
  • Continual and tactical communications on KPIs were flashed to channels partners regularly through MBR and WBR.
