- As an Assistant Accountant at Life Change Fitness, I manage day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining and uploading accounts in Zoho Books, clearing and recording bills, updating account statements, and maintaining payment and PT-related records. I have also been involved in bank reconciliation/support activities, including requesting and processing bank statements and uploading them to Tax-Hub.
I assist with monthly payroll processing, including August payroll calculations, expense calculations, and attendance cross-checking. Alongside accounting responsibilities, I handle pending-payment collection and renewal follow-ups through regular client calls.
My role also involves significant client-facing responsibilities. I assist clients with biometrics and login-related issues, collect customer feedback and Google reviews, record customer review videos, and interact with members on the gym floor to maintain customer relationships. I have also supported client coordination outside the gym, including client pickup.
