Project description: Koramangala Innovation Hub (KIH) is a mixed-use commercial office and retail project being developed by SSS Realty & Co (SSSRC) (Machani Group of Companies) in Bangalore's Koramangala.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• QA/QC procedures and implementation of the Project Quality Management System, as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Participate in the identification, writing, reviewing, and publishing of the Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plans, and all other quality-related documents in accordance with the Contract and the Client's requirements.
• Reviewing and developing the Project Quality Plan, ITP, Method Statements, QA/QC procedures, and assigning QA/QC staff on a full-time basis.
• Regular site visits are conducted to identify any inappropriate practices. Inform the assigned QA/QC Engineer to take the necessary measures to correct discrepancies, and assure that corrective action is followed up. Set up the QA/QC organization for effective quality management. Monitoring project QA/QC activities during the construction phase.
• Setting up and monitoring quality systems, including quality control procedures, and plans for civil construction projects.
• Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Engineers and Inspectors on site, including a site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory. Perform internal quality audits, conduct regular quality control tests, and demonstrate strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Training in QA-QC practices for engineers and technicians. Handle all quality issues with project management. Identify new materials, technologies, and work procedures for quality improvement.
• Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters. Coordinate with the site construction manager and project manager on all quality issues, and coordinate their QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractors' QC personnel.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Daily inspection of concrete raw materials to screen for defective materials and ensure quality.
• Preparation of the design mix. Conduct various trial mixes to improve the quality of concrete.
• Inspection of forms, new setup molds, base plate grinding, and grinding inspection prior to the placement of concrete.
• Inspection of block-out position, cast items, position, amount of reinforcement, and any other critical tolerance items. Batching, mixing, conveying, placing, compacting, curing, and finishing of concrete.
• Review of material certification, source of inspection and test records, compliance certificates, and other documentation delivered with the product.

Project Description: Design, build, and operate (DBO) of a 45 MLD capacity Tertiary Treatment Reverse Osmosis (TTRO) plant in Kodungaiyur, including the supply and laying of DI transmission mains for the conveyance of product water to various industries in the Manali area, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Responsible for quality assurance and quality control at the project site, and report to the QA/QC manager on issues related to nonconformance and deficiencies in the quality management process at the site.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advice and suggestions to improve quality control at the construction site, and assist the project manager in achieving the target with respect to quality issues and ISO 9001:2000.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in the preparation of all related quality documents, such as ITPs and Method Statements. Coordination and direct supervision of all activities related to laboratories and field tests.
• Conduct quality awareness meetings and inductions for project engineers, site engineers, and other construction staff.
• To prepare all documents related to inspection, attend all inspections for different individual activities of the site, and ensure that it is as per the latest approved drawings.
• Full supervision of concrete activities. Carry out all inspections with the main contractor, and client, and get approval. Follow up with the handing over procedure and requirements with the client to get the acceptance certificate.

• Execution of the project with Quality Assurance and Commitments.
• Verifying and preparing the quality manuals, quality procedures.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advice and suggestions to improve quality control at the construction site, and assist the Project Manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues.
• Quality inspection for inward and outward materials, and concrete.
• Overall supervision of all site activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications, agreed procedures, method statements, as per standards, and client satisfaction.
• Preparation of all documents related to inspections, attending inspections with the client for all activities on the site, and ensuring that they are in accordance with standards.
