Automated Farm Feeding Solutions
This project deals with live stock, farm feeding for huge farm with more than 1000 live units. Software is designed with C#.net for server side, and ASP.net for web interface. Server is communicating with various IO and sensors connected with feed pipe and troughs. Based on the sensor Input the Food is being prepared and serviced to specific area. IO and sensors data are captured and observed for various analysis and performance. the data received from each farm are collected to central Azure cloud database for statistical and management reporting. on failure, the Status of IO are monitored and sent alarm on SMS / email for service and replacement.
Brilliant Factory (Custom MES)
Develop MES system in c#. Data Collection from various plant equipment and analysis. Application has two components. Parser gathers data from various equipment .Server\Concentrator analyses data using six sigma and Bayesian networks. Vital signs data parser is a data collector. It has two types of operations; it collects data from Equipment log files, working on an associated Embedded PC with
equipment. Secondly it gathers data directly from PLC equipment’s with SRTP protocol or Modbus protocol. Data parser is implemented as a windows service. It uses dot net 2.0 remoting channels to communicate with its front end. Additionally, data parser has a maintenance service which takes care of
Energy Monitoring and Management System
Centralized Energy Monitoring System is a combination tool which includes Energy Monitoring System, Production Management System with loads Shedding Scheme System. The Centralized Energy Monitoring System is installed in a centralized server; from there it is designed to support the given clients by providing specific reports and online instant Screens it helps Energy managers to understand their energy usage flow, and help them in fixing their energy target with reference to production. As of, it helps the plant Utility Engineers to forecast their plan towards machinery wear and tear, and helps them in performing general maintenance and control the plant preventing from Unscheduled Breakdowns. The close monitoring of Energy with reference to Machinery helps the plant in maintaining their Demand usage and helps them to increase their productivity.
Integrated Load Management System
Integrated Load Management System is an OPC DA 2.0 enabled application; which can easily communicate with all the OPC Server readily available in market. This application is specifically used for M/S ABB System, as a system integrator. The Integrated Load Management System is installed in a PC, which instantly communicate with ABB Server and Collect the required parameters selected by the customer, and provide them with custom build reports
