Under the new role i handled additional task of being the Zonal Change Manger for South Gujarat Zone wherin my Task was as under:

• Identify the Specialized SME branches in the Zone and equip the branches with MSME knowledge and basic marketing skills.
• conducting meeting with 20 branches on daily basis and motivating them to increase the MSME portfolio.
• Oversaw change management efforts to support implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process and culture changes.
• Finding leads from various market sources and providing the good leads to the branches and SME loan factories. During my tenor i have garnered MSME business of Rs 150 crore and converted into sanctions.
• Assigned the task to improve the TReDS portfolio of the Zone which was successfully completed.
• Led teams through complex transformations, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

handled MSME portfolio at Zonal level for South Gujarat Zone spanning from Vapi to Godhra comprising of 11 regional office. My assigned task was as under:

• Preparing proposals with carrying out complete due diligence using various tools available, analyze the borrower and determine the eligibility and to take decision for recommendation to sanction and putting up to the Zonal Credit committee.
• Convenor to conduct the Zonal credit committee meetings.
• Relationship Manager to high value clients in MSME portfolio.
• To canvass Lead for growth of the MSME business.

Here is handled Global Loan Syndication for the Bank from London office. My task was

• to get leads from the syndication market and prepare proposals for onward funding.
• Involved strict timelines and quick responses to the peer banks participating in syndication.
• Negotiated favorable loan terms on behalf of clients with various lenders, securing competitive rates and fees for borrowers.
• lead bank position in consortium meeting alongwith lenders across the globe and coordinating the various requirements raised in timely manner.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with external financial institutions, streamlining loan syndication processes.

I handled clients with exposure above Rs 250 crore under Textile sector across India from the corporate Banking Division of the Bank.

Handled Large MSME clients at Zonal Level for Gujarat State.

• Assessed credit risk and analyzed financial statements.
• Analyzed customer data such as financial statements to determine level of risk involved for extending credit.

Engaged in Branch Banking where i worked to improve the branch credit portfolio. Handled MSME loans (core MSME/Project finance/Export credit) alongwith Retail loans such as housing and auto loan along.

• Evaluated creditworthiness of potential borrowers using thorough research and analysis techniques, minimizing default risks.
