• Site Lead for the GSA Short Term Rental call center Contract. Taking calls and emails from users of the Short Term Rental program and from vendors as well. Troubleshooting issues with procuring vehicles and equipment for rental contracts. Call center on average receives between 600 -900 calls monthly. • Manage STR contracting team with scheduling, daily tasks and duties to be completed that has been assigned to them. Meet weekly and as needed to ensure all tasks are being completed.
• Meet weekly with GSA leadership for QUASP meeting to ensure metrics and accuracy through light audits of processing of rental invoices and damage/loss claim invoices. Also call reviews and email reviews are checked to ensure professionalism and accuracy to STR vendors and agencies
• Process and review the accuracy of rental invoices submitted by vendors for payment, and charged back to GSA agency. On average between 400- 700 rental invoices monthly.
• Process and review claims for damages and loss for vendors for damaged and loss of vehicles. Review all pertinent documents submitted in claim and process accepted claim, or reject claim that did not have all pertinent information or did not meet the threshold for the claim. On Average between 200-400 rental damage claims/ losses monthly.
• Mentored team members, enhancing skills and fostering a collaborative work environment.
