  • Managing bad quality calls from Vyopta tool to track call quality, jitter, latency, channel bitrate, packetloss, resolution , network performance, audio video and device status
  • Handling multiple clients with dedicated teams channel for illumina and other point of contact with the Escalation Matrix in the Planning Checklist
