• Worked on building customer onboarding and identity verification digital capability for organizational customers.
• Responsible for business requirement gathering and elicitation, stakeholder management, and creating artifacts such as user stories, process maps, and a traceability matrix, as well as managing backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement designed solutions for the bank.
• Actively involved in conducting all Agile-Scrum ceremonies and managing the JIRA board.
• Also responsible for reviewing test cases, test results, and functional testing.

Cynergy Bank, UK:

• Worked on implementing strategic digital transformation by developing the end-to-end online banking and mobile banking infrastructure, and in creating a platform for the bank’s employees.
• Led client workshops to identify business requirements and create artifacts from those.
• Responsible for backlog grooming and an active part of sprint planning, along with other Agile-Scrum ceremonies, and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.

Metro Bank, UK:

• Responsible for keeping the user experience as-is in the Backbase CXP migration project.
• Worked on Business Account Opening and Personal Account Opening customer journeys.
• Created a user story artifact repository for the bank in JIRA and Confluence. Included consolidated document having user stories, reviewed test cases, screen designs, and API requests and responses, by collaborating with other internal teams.
• Created a requirement traceability matrix by mapping user stories to the BRD and FRD.
