• PROJECT :EPC Standby Services Contract for CFP at KNPC MAB refinery
• Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required and prepare work proposals based on anticipated work order value and duration
• Estimate costs; assign resources such as work force, tools, consumables and equipment required forth work prior to execution
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of fabrication and erection activities
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, Method statements, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required
• Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups& personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution is done according to all applicable HSE standards
• Preparation of hand over dossiers and final punch rectification, meeting final project requirements and there after obtaining completion certificate
• Mechanical completion inspection with client or client representative after installation of equipment or system
• Review project Specification, engineering documents and Hazardous Area Classification drawings to place orders for Piping and equipment
• Reviewing material take off (MTO) and Bill of materials (BOM) documents
• Continues coordination with other disciplines in engineering stage for developing documents like Isometrics, PID etc
• Tracking project materials, storage of tools and tackles, order confirmation and dispatch status of materials to work site

• PROJECT :Construction of OSBL Piping for 600MTPD liquefaction plant, Equate
• Maintain compliance with the safety-assurance plan so that work is accomplished in an environmentally sound manner using safe work practices
• Participate in engineering package reviews during the select, define and execution phases of projects and provide constructive input to the design team
• Anticipate and resolve problems encountered in the field to eliminate costly rework or retesting
• Coordinate with clients to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted and ensure agreement on environmental and safety work plans for permits
• Provide input into the scheduling of projects to meet the client’s required deadline and maintain construction resources to acceptable level
• Ensure equipment and manpower resources are being used efficiently
• Liaise with QA/QC to raise RFI and attend inspection, track and coordinate punch list clearance.

• Directs and coordinates contract activities such as Mechanical Equipment Maintenance (Lump sum jobs)

• Activities include assessment of job quantum, execute as per contract procedure, and verify actual measurements and certification of job completion
• Co-ordinate the activities of the assigned mechanical maintenance crew in the field, give the technical direction and guidance for safe trouble shooting and repair jobs
• Prepare and comment on Management of Change documentation including Change Approval Forms (CAF) and Engineering Work Requests (EWR)
• Check overnight O&M’s log books, insure updating the data daily, review work orders, and determine any work-related requirements (Safety, Material, Manpower, Services) and ensure the optimal utilization
