With progressive HR experience in various sectors, I have developed and executed effective policies and programs for talent management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development. I have also contributed to enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative initiatives and feedback mechanisms. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources, as well as multiple certifications in HR as a Business Partner and Strategic Human Resource.
