• Prepare bills for items used by admitted patients
• Handle consignment charges for various implants and meshes
• Oversee physical verification of incoming materials
• Manage inventory control for the OT store
• Ensure proper storage, preservation, handling, and transportation of materials
• Prepare and submit management information reports
• Develop duty rosters for staff
• Prepare non-returnable gate passes (NRGP)
• Create purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt notes (GRN) for submission to the accounts department for billing
• Conduct weekly checks on high-value item stock
• Review consignment inventory from all vendors on a monthly basis

• Responsible for handling chemo prescriptions and place order to concern vendors.

• Responsible for preparation related to List of bounce RX and make the reports.

• Regular duties involve weekly stock checks, NDPS drugs & High Value drugs etc. • Responsible for fulfillment of SPR product as per the demand of In-patients requirements. • Managed drug inventory levels, ordering medicines and supplies for replenishment and resolving any discrepancies. • Dispensed medicine according to written prescriptions with 100% accuracy. • Stock checking of near expiry of medicine and return to distributors and make a NRGP note.
